The Golden Rule Binding All Religions Together That Will Change Your Perception Of Life

Religion plays crucial role in the world today. Its inferior assumptions that it is made for evil purposes, for governments own desires to control over nations, is not what we are going to discuss about, but we will share the golden rule that binds all religions together that will change your perception of life.

As we all have different beliefs, at the end of the day the idea is to be a good person. No matter how hard the day may seem, you will have to respect the one rule that binds all religions together. The Golden Rule Binding All Religions Together That Will Change Your Perception Of Life

Buddhism: Hurt not others with that which pains yourself.
Christianity: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Hinduism: Treat others as you would yourself be treated.
Islam: Do unto all men as you would wish to have done unto you.
Judaism: What you yourself hate, do to no man.
Native American: Live in harmony, for we are all related.
Sacred Earth: Do as you will, as long as you harm no one.

When you think about all the sort of things we discuss every day, the crucial one is to switch positions with whoever you interact with. The idea is to place your mind in his body and try to see yourself from his point of view.

When you talk to a person roughly without respect, just switch your place and see as you talk to yourself for a while. Are you doing a good thing, or you are just putting your emotions in front of someone who doesn’t deserve them?

Things, objects, people and animals, are all made to be understood. Once we do that, we can fix our state of mind. The problem is that we put our momentum emotions and opinions before everyone else’s.

In my writings “the you person” plays big role in our lives, because at the end of the day we are (the good type of) selfish souls and organisms that try to find our better tomorrow, whether we do that right or wrong. But understanding each other can bring us tranquility and peace to the bad parts of the brain that made us think nonsense throughout the day.

If everyone religious would learn to control and correct their emotions in a different way, rather than spill it on another innocent person, the world would be a better place, but not all people think that way. Because when you do a good or bad deed, that thing is always an example for another person, especially for the ones that have kids.

A good idea (maybe the best there is) is to waste your negativity and stiffed thoughts on some activities that have that purpose. I found kickboxing to be my personal cure for all nonsense I interact through the day. After training session, I was feeling like a tired baby, and that brought me peace.

However, not all of you sympathize getting hit in the head. Another proposal would be to start working out and find a program that will suit your capability. I happen to find the 200 minutes of workout useful for everybody that is willing to switch from negative to positive outcome.

Also, a crucial role of your state of mind plays the healthy food and intake of healthy nutrition values. It’s also good to know that you eat to live, not live to eat, as the Socrates says.

It sounds baloney to connect healthy food and workout with understanding people and religion, but the whole human mechanism works if we give to it good fuel and proper exhaustion. It all connects with being peaceful and aware of your thoughts, and giving junk food and “calming” your mind with cigarettes, or alcohol won’t bring you any clear thoughts.

The last global advice, to grasp the golden rule of all religions, is to meditate. If you haven’t starter, you should do it immediately. The best way to calm your frantic way of thinking and untangle your thoughts is to meditate. Give it time, and after a couple of months you will see a major difference. You will no longer react, nor spend time with people or things that don’t make you grow. Because your mind knows what is good or bad, especially for your soul and sake, but the overall life we surround ourselves with, makes so big confusion that we no longer think with clear heads. We start to put value on things, rather than on people, and strive more for money than for personal growth (even though personal growth will always bring you money, remember that.) One massive secret and cure for this is to start healing with meditation.

The idea is to bind all things together and make habits that will bring you growth to spirit and mind on long term results. You’ll either enjoy the moment (ex. Smoking cigarette or being drunk) and suffer the consequences, or stay strong in the beginning (building a company or sacrificing your personal life for a vision that sometimes you are the only one who sees it) and love your life until the end of time.
