SELF-IMPROVEMENT

4 Little-Known Facts That Affect Your Subconscious With Your Vision

You may know that self-determination is well-known factor to succeed in life, but how can you attain self-deterministic ability with empty background?

Self-determinism is so powerful that it has to stick to pillars. It’s not just a positive ability to preserve in hard times. It’s something like plant, it needs water every day. This justifies the reason why so many people seem optimistic in the first month and quit, ending up as a failure.

We won’t expand the introduction of it. We’ll quick-jump to the 4 little-known facts that affect your subconscious with your vision. Let’s start at 6AM.4 Little-Known Factors That Affect Your Subconscious With Your Vision

1. Start Life Early

Have free day? Weekends? It’s National Holiday? Okay, we can pass that through, but working days should start early, period.

I will just give quick studies made recently:

1st Study:

In a 2008 Texas University study, college students who identified themselves as “morning people” earned a full point higher on their GPAs than those who were “night owls”. Good grades help student’s secure better career opportunities.

2nd Study:

Harvard biologist Christoph Randler discovered in 2008 that early risers are more proactive. They were more likely to agree with statements like “I spend time identifying long-range goals for myself” and “I feel in charge of making things happen.”

3th Study:

Randler’s research also revealed that “morning people” are more likely to anticipate problems and minimize them efficiently, which leads to more successful in the business world.

4th Study:

Early risers report using their morning quiet time for organization, goal-setting and planning out their days and weeks ahead.

5th Study:

Many successful business people get up early to exercise (before the family is awake and their official work days start). Regular exercise boosts mood and fitness, provides energy on the job and helps create deeper sleep cycles.

6th Study:

Sleep experts say that if you go to bed earlier and wake up earlier, your body will be more in tune with the earth’s circadian rhythms, which offers more restorative sleep.

7th Study:

Various studies have shown that morning people exhibit character traits like optimism, being agreeable, satisfaction and conscientiousness. Night owls, while linked with creativity and intelligence, are more likely to exhibit traits like depression, pessimism and being neurotic.

Those who arrive at the office before their colleagues say they relish that first hour or two that provide quiet, uninterrupted time to focus.

Whatever we may argue on, we all know that waking early feels right! (Not for the ones watching funny cats until 5AM.)

I even had a quarrel on Quora that “being a night owl is biology, genetics, and what so ever”. Pardon my words, but that’s bull crap. No one gives birth to smokers. They become one through bad habits and toxic mindfulness.

The first factor is to WAKE UP EARLY.

2. Analyze Yourself

It may sound baloney that analyzing ‘thyself is little-know factor, but I bet you haven’t done it (at least not thoroughly).

I did personally analyze my thoughts few years back and I can honestly tell you, I was terrified. My thoughts jumped from one place to another in no time! If they stick to one story, I immediately made deep analysts about that scene (for like 1 year later). I can state that I was non-focused, deep-story maker.

So if you want to analyze yourself, spend time with your thoughts and see what is going on up there. If you haven’t done it I can guarantee you, it’s a mess! And its pity that those mess dictates your state now and in the future. That mess fully dictates your directions in life.

I can personally advice you to read lot of self-improvement books, meditate, and practice calmness.

These things personally gave me broom and cloth to clean my mess. Try it out.

3. Workout!

Although, I favor Henry Ford attainments and life achievements (besides the rumors that he did sponsored Nazi revolution), I have one overall disagreement with his opinion on exercise. He said:

[Tweet ““Exercise is bunk. If you are healthy, you don’t need it: if you are sick you should not take it.””]

Maybe the world was not that polluted then, maybe they didn’t had so many contaminated people, but exercise in this frantic environment, I would state as crucial factor to release endorphin rush and give positive outlook on the day.

Exercise also helps to get extra oxygen to your brain, which can then use it to boost your mental powers. Exercise can promote the growth of new brain cells and it is, in fact, one of the best ways to do.

The effects seem to be strongest on the hippocampus, the region of the brain that is associated with learning and memory. It is also the region that is damaged by the stress hormone cortisol, so if you are feeling stressed, exercise can help relieve the amount and effects of cortisol.

If you don’t know where to start, or if you’ve never know much about “a sweat a day keeps the doc away” read 200 minutes of workout for everybody and 3 must-know guides for fitness enthusiasts. These two articles will give you starting point.

4. Note The Things You Are Grateful For (At The End Of The Day)

Your subconscious is fed with the things you unconsciously or consciously think. Simpler, you are what you think (or think you think). This turned out to be even more complicated! Let’s dismantle it.

The smart little rascal up there (the brain) is thirsty and hungry all the time. It’s similar as dog. If you give your dog a chocolate, the dog will eat it as soon as you lift it down, but it may turn the dog blind (as medicine claims).

Your brain feels the same way. It has no leash unless you put one. It’s made to suck all the information’s you receive. Day by day, if you leave it leash-less, it will turn out to be damaged (if you are surrounded with wrong people). That’s how good people become drug addicts, alcoholics, and even loony.

As we cleared out that your brain is like sponge, we have to dip it in clear water. How are we going to do that?

Every night, before you go to sleep, write one paragraph of what you’re grateful for in that particular spend day. Write all the things you did good, what you know was morally wrong, and what you know you can fix tomorrow.

The words you write will give water to your little rascal up there, so choose them more than wisely. You will become better person in a couple of months, believe me.
