Make It a Habit : Stress Release Massage

Before I start writing about stress release massage I want to clear one thing. Let me untangle the definition of massage. Massage is overall term for pressing rubbing and operating your  skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage specialists usually use hands and fingers, but may also include their forearms, elbows and even feet to fully embrace all the massage benefits.

I’m telling you to make it habit not because I’m owner of ROYAL SPA Treatment Center, but because it is essential for the everyday life. People are still not aware of it, but as time passes I noticed that community’s consciousness start to arise.

Stress is part of life. When stress forms it makes irritation in the blood flow, it makes body balance dysfunction and imagine it as riot in our body. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it is part of life and you just have to accept it. Stress and problems are best friends and there is not one human breathing on this earth that have no problems (big or small it doesn’t matter, they all bring stress). This is the reason you need stress release massage.

The overall benefits of massage proved by studies induct that massage can be helpful for:

Anxiety, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia (a chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas), headaches, insomnia related to stress, myofascial pain syndrome – also known as chronic myofascial pain, is a syndrome characterized by chronic pain caused by multiple trigger points and fascial constrictions, paresthesias and nerve pan – an abnormal sensation, typically tingling or pricking, caused chiefly by pressure on or damage to peripheral nerves, soft tissue strains or injuries, sports injures, temporomandibular joint pain (he temporomandibular joint is the joint of the jaw and is frequently referred to as TMJ. There are two TMJs, one on each side, working in unison).

While most of the people can benefit from massage, it can be also harmful for those who have: bleeding disorders or take blood-thinning medication, burns, open or healing wounds, deep vein thrombosis (local coagulation or clotting of the blood in a part of the circulatory system), fractures, severe osteoporosis, severe thrombocytopenia (deficiency of platelets in the blood). If you have this disorders or conditions you need to avoid massage treatment.

Besides the benefits mostly people find it caring, comfortable, they find sense of empowerment and many of my customers find deep connection with it masseur and usually ask for the particular employee next time they schedule.

As far as I owe SPA center for seven years I concluded several things: people get stressed, which I mentioned before and that’s part of life, it cannot be avoided. Their balance gets irritated, meaning the overall condition in their well-being and they found the antidote or want to  in my second home, the Spa Center. By feeling cared, comfortable and sense of empowerment along with the main part, the actual massage, the stress fades and balance is restored. Yes but how?

By the pressing our outer layer of the skin the masseur heals the blood nodule and opens route for the blood flow to restore the balance in our body or the previous vigorous state. Of course being the masseur is aware of the fundamental nerve dots or else he/she would press on not-so-important parts of the body. By restoring the well-being my customers are prepared for the next stressful situations and when the dis-balance restores again I get another phone ring.

As a professional I’m suggesting that you make one day in the week scheduled for 1 hour massage. Don’t wait for the dis-balance because sometimes it can be too late and no masseur can help you restore your balance.
